     By way of introduction, Double D Mfg., LLC is a family owned equipment manufacturer located in Benton, Missouri USA. The founder and chief designer has 30+ years of experience in the equipment fabrication and earthmoving construction business. Double D Mfg., LLC manufactures the following pieces of construction equipment. The Tuff Man series of leveling scraper is available in 6, 7 and 8 foot widths to be pulled by a 20 to 90 horsepower agricultural or utility tractor. The Grade King Series of leveling scrapers is available in 10, 12, 14 and 16 foot widths, or larger if desired, that can be pulled with an agricultural rubber tired or track tractor varying from 125-525 horsepower. Grade King leveling scrapers are available with many different attachments that will allow you to do most any task required and eliminates unnecessary, expensive equipment sitting around. These Grade King scrapers are designed to work in conjunction with agricultural tractors pulling large tandem scrapers or large self propelled earth movers on construction and road maintenance projects. Our equipment is designed for high horsepower tractors and to withstand hard, extreme service conditions. Our leveling scrapers maintain the haul roads and fill areas while pulling a Double D Roll-N-Go 48” double drum, hydraulically lifted sheepsfoot roller. This scraper can maintain haul roads, grade and compact fill areas, and with the addition of a laser or G.P.S. system, finish grade the entire project, all with only one operator. Contractors utilizing our method of earthmoving have been able to keep their job sites looking great, maintain their haul roads for maximum performance and life extension of their equipment, while placing and compacting in excess of 20,000 cubic yards per day. The road maintenance, grading and compacting was accomplished with only one twelve foot Grade King Leveling Scraper pulling a 48” Roll-N-Go double drum compactor. We also offer a 60” Roll-N-Go double drum, hydraulically lifted sheepsfoot roller that when fully loaded with ballast can weigh up to approximately 38,000 lbs. As an option, a hydraulically controlled grader blade is available to minimize the amount of equipment needed on the jobsite. Our compaction rollers also meet U.S. Army Corps of Engineers specifications. Our leveling scrapers have been accomplishing these tasks for 25 years, allowing the earthmoving equipment to do what it does best … “Move Dirt Fast”.
